By all accounts, Guinness was a wonderful dog and a great companion. While I never met him I can't help but feel I know him through Mr. Mischief's blog and in the adventures and photos he shared of their time together.
The strip is one that I found "Living Next Door To Alice". I liked it immediately because I thought it represented my experience with losing a loved one. Hopefully, should Mr. Mischief see this entry, he will think it is appropriate too.

Thanks for sharing the cartoon! I liked it very much. It would have been even more perfect if the last punchline was different.
That was one of my favorites. I actually got a little note from the artist thanking me for posting it.
It's not an active comic anymore, but the website is still there, HERE.
Thanks for the comment! It was good advice.
The reason they didn't want me to return after 8am is because they believe that by 8am, a person should be done with morning and start a day's work, if you know what I mean.
Detroit is your hometown! What do you think of Wayne State?
This little grain of goodness just landed in my hourglass thanks to you. Loverly, loverly.
Thanks for sharing with Mr. M.
