100 Word Challenge

AND WITH A SPECIAL VIDEO ACCOMPANIMENT

I wanted to write but not in the directly melancholy and pitful way I have been... at least not directly. A Stan Lee no-prize to anyone who recognizes the words!

You will have to click here to watch the video that visualizes the mood.

THE DIFFERENCE IN THE THINGS WE NEED AND WHAT WE RECIEVE

Awakened by the lapping of the endless waves against the hull of my light catamaran blistered by the sun of a cloudless sky, I look at my tattered sails contemplating the isle ahead. Is it near or is it far? Or perhaps another illusion? "We shall see," I say to no one in particular.

Still content that I am heard all the same. Adjusting the rudder with one hand as I paddling with the other, I set off towards what even if there, I am left quite far hope, outside busy sea lanes and shipping corridors… and therefore, truly lost.

that was a pretty depressing video, Mark. I'm sorry about your mood and I can only hope there is an improvement in your outlook and mood so very soon. Its been a rough season for you and I can only hope it ends sooner than later......

You are adrift, hope you find a place to anchor soon.
