... how I cheat ...

... short entry on a surprise day off for the Mook's ...

Last week I spoke of how slack I was ... today's weight was 225.5, which is another pound and a half LOSS ... so what happened ..?

Yesterday, I did a hard last chance workout and bike ride.  Then this morning, I woke up, did a 5 mile run AND another 'last chance' ...

Bent the rules ..? Don't think so ... the goal is to lose some weight and get fit ... if it means working a little harder to do it, I will do it.

Do have some stuff on my mind, but it will have to wait.  Might get a chance to log it in ... hope so ... don't want to forget it ..!

I think it's only cheating if you're harming yourself physically to meet the goal.  But what do I know about fitness? Nada.
